Account Deletion Request – DearBaby
DearBaby respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data.
How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your DearBaby account and associated data at any time by following one of the methods below:
Option 1 — In the app
Open the DearBaby app → Settings → Account → Delete account.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email from your registered email address to:

Please include:
Your registered email address
A request to delete your DearBaby account
What data is deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Your account profile
Baby profiles
Photos, videos, and uploaded media
Timeline entries, notes, letters, and memories
Any associated metadata
Data retention
Some technical or legal records (such as transaction logs, if applicable) may be retained for up to 30 days where required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.
After this period, all remaining data is permanently removed.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
