By accessing or using the DearBaby mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Use of the App
DearBaby is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help parents and caregivers preserve family memories.
You agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to DearBaby, including photos, notes, letters, and memories.
By uploading content, you grant DearBaby a limited, non-exclusive right to store and display that content only for the purpose of providing the service to you.
DearBaby does not claim ownership of your content.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
DearBaby is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised credentials.
4. Availability & Service Changes
We strive to keep the app available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve or change as the app improves.
5. Premium Features & Subscriptions
DearBaby may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future.
Any paid features will be clearly disclosed
Pricing and terms will be shown before purchase
Subscriptions will be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
6. Termination
You may stop using DearBaby at any time.
DearBaby reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
DearBaby is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DearBaby is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the United Kingdom.
9. Dispute resolution / Governing jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
